Almond Honey Cake with Orange and Pistachio

- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Zest of 1 medium orange (or to taste)
- ¼ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
