Apple Cranberry Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 8 oz old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 oz wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 oz flax seed
  • 2 oz raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3 oz sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 oz shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 4 oz honey
  • 2 oz golden syrup
  • 1 3/4 oz light brown sugar
  • 1 oz unsalted butter, plus extra for pan
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz dried apples, chopped
  • 2 1/2 oz dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 1/2 oz salted cashews, roughly chopped
