Beef Heart Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 6 Cloves of Garlic smashed and diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2.5 pounds Thinly Sliced Beef Heart (between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick or even thinner if you can get a butcher to cut it thinner)
  • 1/2 Large Onion (any kind is fine) cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar (use white or brown depending on preference)
