Beef Koftas With Minted Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or half ground lamb)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint, roughly chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Sea salt & black pepper, freshly ground - to taste
  • 2 pita breads or flat breads, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp parsley, minced
  • 2-3 tbsp mint, minced
