- 2 1/2 teaspoons dried sage

- 1/3 cup minced fresh Parsley
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 Golden Apple, cored and chopped
