Brown Butter Corn Flake Cake

  • 1½ cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, plus more for pan
  • ½ cup cornmeal, preferably fine-grind, plus more for pan
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1¾ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1½ cups (packed) dark brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes
