Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 2 tablespoons Thai or Vietnamese fish sauce (nam pla or nuoc mam)
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
  • 3 Chinese or Japanese eggplants (about 1/2 lb. each)
