Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 inch red pepper cut into 1chunks
  • 1 small onion cut into 8 wedges
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small zucchini cut in half lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 large handful sugar snap peas
  • 2 green onions cut at an angle
  • 4 cups cooked rice
