- ⅓ cup (60 g.) granulated sugar*
- 5 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups cherries, pitted
- 1 tbsp. kirsh or cherry liqueur
- *if not using chili chocolate, use ½ cup (100 g.) of sugar
