Chopped Salad Supreme With Kimchi Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Kosher salt
  • 1 bunch broccolini, stems trimmed, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage kimchi with juice
  • ¼ cup grapeseed or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. (or more) unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. (or more) fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 4 small carrots (any color), peeled, thinly sliced
  • 4 celery stalks, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
  • 2 small watermelon radishes or 4 hakurei turnips, trimmed, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves with tender stems
