Fish kebabs with avocado salsa and aioli

Ingredients

  • 600g firm white fish fillets (such as swordfish)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • Lebanese bread & aioli, to serve
