Fish kebabs with avocado salsa and aioli
Ingredients
- 600g firm white fish fillets (such as swordfish)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 2 limes
- 2 avocados
- 1 small red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- Lebanese bread & aioli, to serve
