Garlic Herb Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (2 ounces), divided
  • 1 x clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 x garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 lb pizza dough, (or use store-bought)
  • A generous teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
