Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, plus more for drizzling

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar, plus more for sprinkling

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup dark rum or cognac (optional)
