Goat Cheese Toasts with Caramelized Rosemary Oranges
Ingredients
- 2 navel oranges, supremed (pith removed from the outside and the segments cut away from the membranes) RESERVE THE JUICE IN A BOWL!
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 thick slices of your favorite bread (I used a seedy whole grain)
- 4 ounces chevre
- 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
- flaky sea salt to top
