Goat Cheese Toasts with Caramelized Rosemary Oranges

Ingredients

  • 2 navel oranges, supremed (pith removed from the outside and the segments cut away from the membranes) RESERVE THE JUICE IN A BOWL!
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 thick slices of your favorite bread (I used a seedy whole grain)
  • 4 ounces chevre
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
  • flaky sea salt to top
