  • For the Steak:
  • 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed

  • For the Potatoes:
  • 1 1/2 pounds small potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
