Grilled Kalbi Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 lbs flank steak
  • Garnish: 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds and 2 green onions slivered
