Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 2 red onions, chopped into wedges
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 tbsp harissa
  • 100g feta
  • 4 sheets of filo pastry (about 150g)
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
