Italian Sausage and Roasted Red Pepper Omelette Topped with Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • 3 tablespoons mozzarella, grated
  • 1/2 cup easy marinara sauce
  • 1 handful parsley, chopped
