Korean BBQ Baked Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang or sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium kiwi, pureed
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1" ginger, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 wings, skinless and sectioned
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
