  • 1 x pear, peeled and grated
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin - Japanese sweet rice wine
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 lb Flank Steak
  • 1 package wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
  • oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup apricot marmalade, warmed
