  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil, Or Other High-heat Cooking Oil
  • FOR THE CHIVE YOGURT SAUCE:
  • ½ cups Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Chives
