Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried red chile flakes
  • 2 bunches arugula, tough stems removed

  • 3 to 4 baguettes
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, cut in half

  • 24 thin slices of Manchego cheese (about 1/2 pound)
