Milk Creams (Indian Cashew Sweets) Recipe

Ingredients

  • One 14-ounce (396g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 1/2 ounces (100g) sifted, finely ground raw cashews (about 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon (14g) unsalted butter or ghee, plus extra for greasing, kneading and shaping the milk creams
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract or almond extract
