Millet Porridge With Pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds sugar pumpkin or kabocha squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
