Multigrain Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dark muscovado sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Scant 1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled a bit (plus more for the pan)
