Mung Bean Pancake/Bin dae Duk recipes

- 1 cup of Mung beans soaked in water for at least 2 hours.
- 1/3 cup of rice flour/or plain flour
- 1tsp of kosher salt or 1/2 tsp of table salt
- 4 stalks of scallion chopped
- 1 small zucchini julienned.
- 1/2 cup of kimchi chopped
- 1/4 cup of pork diced. (This is optional for those who want to keep it healthy)
- 1/2 cup of water or more for thinner batter.
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil.
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of rice vinegar
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
