Mung Bean Pancake/Bin dae Duk recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Mung beans soaked in water for at least 2 hours.
  • 1/3 cup of rice flour/or plain flour
  • 1tsp of kosher salt or 1/2 tsp of table salt
  • 4 stalks of scallion chopped
  • 1 small zucchini julienned.
  • 1/2 cup of kimchi chopped
  • 1/4 cup of pork diced. (This is optional for those who want to keep it healthy)
  • 1/2 cup of water or more for thinner batter.
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil.
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1tso if sugar
