No-Bake Crème Brûlée

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) cream
  • 8 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons (75 g) sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, or 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Fine turbinado sugar, for brûléeing
