PANCAKES FOR COMPANY

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, or a little more if needed
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon mexican vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
