Parmesan Roasted Asparagus, Tomatoes And Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or pecorino (I used shredded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 spoonfuls pesto (optional)
