Perfect Porterhouse Steak with Parsley Sha

Ingredients

  • * 2 porterhouse steak, 1 pound each
  • * kosher salt
  • * 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • * 1 1/2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • * 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • * 1 teaspoon shallot, minced
  • * salt and freshly ground white pepper (black substitute just fine)
  • * 1/2 a fresh lemon
