Ingredients

  • 600 gram firm white fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, loosely packed, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small_piece (600g) savoy cabbage, shredded finely
