Pork Kebabs With Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 red bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 lbs boneless center cut pork chops , thick chops cut into 1-1/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 large fresh pineapple , cut into 1-inch chunks
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 red onion , cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
