Round Steak With Dressing Dumplings
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup flour

- 3 lbs beef round steak (cut into serving size pieces. I just use little steaks)
- 2 -3 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 1 1⁄3 cups beef broth
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup (undilluted)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
