- * 500 gm lamb, minced
- * 3/4 tsp garam masala
- * 1 tsp crushed garlic
- * 1 tsp grated ginger
- * 1/2 big onion, grated
- * 2 tsp cumin seed
- * 1 pinch nutmeg
- * 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- * 1 egg
- * 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- * 1 tbsp coriander leaf, chopped
- * salt and pepper
- for the dressing
- * 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
- * 1 handful mint leaf, chopped (optional)
- * 2 red chillie, chopped
- * 3 tbsp lemon juice
- * 1 tbsp grated ginger
- * 1 1/2 tsp salt
- * 1 tsp cumin seed
- * 1 tsp vegetable oil
- * 1 tsp sugar
