Seekh Kebab & Hari Chutney

Ingredients

  • * 500 gm lamb, minced
  • * 3/4 tsp garam masala
  • * 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • * 1 tsp grated ginger
  • * 1/2 big onion, grated
  • * 2 tsp cumin seed
  • * 1 pinch nutmeg
  • * 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • * 1 egg
  • * 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • * 1 tbsp coriander leaf, chopped
  • * salt and pepper
  • for the dressing
  • * 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
  • * 1 handful mint leaf, chopped (optional)
  • * 2 red chillie, chopped
  • * 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • * 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • * 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • * 1 tsp cumin seed
  • * 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • * 1 tsp sugar
