Sesame-Ginger Beef Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1½-inch cubes
  • 3 bell peppers (one of each: red, orange, yellow), cut into 1-inch squares
