Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gochujang Korean chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 10 to 12 chicken bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs ( 4 to 5 pounds )
