Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon red or white miso paste
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoon ginger marmalade
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 200g (1 cup) jasmine rice
- 20g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut, toasted
- 2 green shallots, thinly sliced
- Toasted sesame seeds, to serve (optional)
