Sweet and Sour BBQ Beef Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef sirloin steaks, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 red onion
  • 2–3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
