Tofu Kale Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces firm tofu
  • 2 cups kale, snugly packed
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil + more for cooking
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet dumpling or wonton wrappers, defrosted if necessary (at least 40 wrappers)
