Turkey Ramen Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1. 6 cup turkey stock (chicken stock will work a well)
  • 2. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3. fresh ginger, grated
  • 4. 1-2 garlic clove, minced
  • 5. 1 cup broccoli floret
  • 6. 1 cup shredded turkey
  • 7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8. 2 cup chopped baby bok choy
  • 9. 3-4 square of ramen noodle
  • 10. 2 tbsp green onion
  • 11. 2 marinated egg
  • 12. hot sauce to taste
