Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Chinese mushroom soy sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce (see note)

- 4 ounces curly pasta, like fusilli or radiatore
- 4 ounces firm tofu
