Vegan Pineapple Pancake Mess
Ingredients
- * 1 tbsp milled chia seed
- * 3 tbsp water
- * 40g cashew nut
- * 2 tablespoon unsweetened dessicated coconut flake
- * 1 ripe pineapple
- * 4 cardamom pod
- * 150g wholemeal spelt flour
- * 300ml coconut milk ( i use alpro coconut milk with rice)
- * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- * 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- * olive oil
- * 4 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
- * 1 lime
