Vegan Pineapple Pancake Mess

Ingredients

  • * 1 tbsp milled chia seed
  • * 3 tbsp water
  • * 40g cashew nut
  • * 2 tablespoon unsweetened dessicated coconut flake
  • * 1 ripe pineapple
  • * 4 cardamom pod
  • * 150g wholemeal spelt flour
  • * 300ml coconut milk ( i use alpro coconut milk with rice)
  • * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • * 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • * olive oil
  • * 4 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
  • * 1 lime
