Almond Mocha Coffee Cake
This Almond Mocha Coffee Cake combines the rich flavors of coffee and chocolate with a nutty almond twist. Perfect for brunch or an afternoon treat, it features a moist crumb and a delightful coffee glaze that enhances every bite.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee. Mix well.
