Berry Citrus No-Bake Cheesecake
This refreshing no-bake cheesecake combines the tangy flavors of mixed berries and citrus for a light and delightful dessert. The creamy filling is set atop a buttery graham cracker crust, making it a perfect treat for warm days or special occasions.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp orange zest

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
