Ingredients
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 cups apple slices
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Press the graham cracker crust into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
