- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup, chopped walnuts
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup, melted unsalted butter

Slice the bananas and cook them in a skillet over medium heat until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
