Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple rings
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons rum

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a 9-inch round cake pan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
