Cardamom Orange Blossom Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
