Cinnamon Apple Piñata Cake

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 3 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups, peeled and diced apples
