Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream, until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon for the swirl.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
